A) homesick and not liking England so whats the point in signing him ?

or

B) a complete prick with a bag of pebbles for brains and a cancer on any football team so why would we want him ?

Why three months?

Would love it to be tied in to signing Leandro and letting Internacional keep him on loan until April . Somehow I think that this is hoping for too much

I'd probably rather have Saha than Pav but I still don't think there's much point in selling Pav if we're only gonna get someone who may or may not do better.

Three month loan? He plays for Everton, not LA Galaxy, so why would we want a player that can only play for us until April?

How come everyone is picking up rep for nothing? On a related note, when I donated the other day I only got 1 rep point added to my total in my Account screen from A&C, and my green bar didn't even move.

No, but thats a great idea :grin:

Apart from todays massive rep love in, you generally receive rep for the quality of your posts.
If you provide a well structured, well thought out arguement which someone agrees with they can rep that post. The more quality posts you make, the more rep you are likely to receive and the more little green squares you will have under you avatar and name. You currently have 1, I currently have loads :grin:

In the same way, post rubbish, abusive or insulting posts and you can get neg rep, taking away some of your green squares until you have more neg rep that positive rep at which point you will start to amass red squares. And you dont want that.

If that were the case, they'd be better off making the announcement later in the day. Doing it first thing in the morning ensures it has absolutely no effect on what may or may not happen later.

Everton and Rangers have agreed a fee for Jelavic (Swedish sources). Hopefully this doesn't mean the Saha stories are true.

Saha is the type of deal we would've done a couple of years back. I'm not sure given our current position that we would do this kind of deal.

Samba is certainly an ideal signing imo. Maybe loaning Bassong to Blackburn to soften the blow for them?

This is the only deal I can see happening. Best scenario would be to sign Ganso or Leandro but this is purely fantasy.
