Sept 2013 - Spurs in the champions league after coming 3rd in the prem - I'd say he'd like that ;)

I have learned not to take anything for granted, if the right offer comes in he will go. It's going to take a hell of a lot of money though.

  1. Spanish paper Marca claim a deal to take Tottenham winger Gareth Bale to Real Madrid is done.
  2. According to the Daily Mail, Marca say that Real are closing in on a six year deal for Bale worth £8.5m a year.
  3. Marca also claim that Bale has told Spurs chiefs that he wants to go to the Bernabeu.

I stopped reading at 'Marca'. Then stopped reading even more at 'Daily Mail'

I'm sick and tired of RM behaving as they do - publicly tapping up players. Dunno how they've got away with it for so long.

And we're supposed to have some sort of relationship with them, FFS.

With friends like that who needs enemies?

I'm almost certain he will be here for another year, I have pretty much convinced myself. I will be so mad if we do sell having thought long and hard about every reason why we won't sell this summer and ignoring everything that suggests we might.

Obviously I want him to stay and I think he will but if Levy sells him for £60m plus Di Maria and Coentrao, then invests £20m+ of that on someone like Lamela or Bernard I can't say I'll be too dissapointed

Lloris
Walker, Kaboul, Vertonghen, Coentrao
Sandro, Paulinho, Holtby,
Lamela, Di Maria,
Soldado

Not exactly a bad team is it

Yeah because those big money swap deals happen all the time.
