Bielsa off to Leeds it seems, very interesting one. An extremely highly regarded coach by many.
One of my favorite stories is the one about Bielsa confronting fans in Argentina after a loss with a grenade in hand shouting about pulling the pin out. I have no idea if it's true or not. I hope it is because if he goes to Leeds the grenade will turn into a tank and a rocket launcher to deal with those fucks.Bielsa off to Leeds it seems, very interesting one. Saw Murcia's president said this before:
"Guti won't become Murcia boss because he's going to become Real Madrid coach,
"He was the guy I wanted, and it's a shame Zidane didn't take a couple of days longer to make his decision. Guti called me to thank me for my interest."
Logged on paddy power and saw Guti was still on at evens so if above is true, it'll an easy £20 (notdaftman enough to risk any more)
I imagine a few of our rated youngsters might end up on loan at Leeds then
So Nice helped out CFG's plan for Vieira by hiring him away from City's "definitely not but defnitely is" B team. He gets European experience and he'll be out of contract when Pep's new deal runs out. I'd say their plan is still well and truly intact and a goer unless Arsenal comes calling within the next 3 years or he doesnt go well. To replace him, they sent Pep's assistant of 11 years to the B team in MLS(I believe he was his top assistant). So I wonder how that will effect Pep this year.
The sheikh's in Abu Dhabi own Manchester City through CFG, their football investment vehicle. Their plan has been to eventually have Vieira managing their first team. That is why he initially went to CFG's B team in MLS after being the Man City youth manager. Vieira has just been hired by Nice, which will now give him European experience. Nice has nothing to do with CFG but conveniently for CFG his contract expires the same year as Pep's. To replace Vieira at their B team, CFG sent Pep's #2 who has been with Pep for 11 years. What is all this?

Real Madrid have made contact with former Chelsea and Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas to succeed Zinedine Zidane. (RMC Sport - in French)
I can't decide if that would be weirder than Juande Ramos' stint there or not.Real Madrid have made contact with former Chelsea and Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas to succeed Zinedine Zidane. (RMC Sport - in French)
AVB - Real Madrid manager - have I woken this morning in some kind of parallel universe?
Does this mean that Tim Sherwood is beside himself and his phone, swept up by a tide of excitement, just in case AVB says no ?Real Madrid have made contact with former Chelsea and Tottenham boss Andre Villas-Boas to succeed Zinedine Zidane. (RMC Sport - in French)
