the accurate details so far are that we've sold one of our greatest ever players, and as of 48hrs of the window left were scrambling around for a loan deal to make it look like we were replacing him.

I agree, and I’ve said numerous times in longer posts that we don’t appear to have any clear obvious plan or strategy for transfers.

I want Levy out too so that we can hopefully have someone who is more focussed on us achieving something on the field.

However this thread rocks up every time something apparently goes wrong, and he’s now getting abuse and the usual name calling even though we have no idea if he was the reason a deal fell through, or if the deal was even on in the first place.

There’s enough of a stick to beat Levy with after the last twenty years, but it’s tiresome when everything new gets attributed to him as well with no reliable evidence.
