It's early days still, but who do you think will go down this season?

I've added a poll. You should be able to choose three teams and change your mind throughout the season.

I went for West Brom, Burnley & Fulham in the Prediction thread and I haven't seen much to think they'll survive.

I went for WBA Fulham and Brighton in the prediction thread. I’ve a feeling Sheffield United will get sucked into the maelstrom though. It’s going to be a tough season at the bottom I think.

For me it is three from four of, in order of likelihood from most to least,

West Brom
Fulham
Burnley
Sheffield United

Right now I don't see any other teams in that mix come the end of the season.

I'm starting to think that Sheffield United might not survive :cautious:

They obviously look gone now, but I'm not sure who will join them in going down. Fulham look like a different team now and I can see them catching Newcastle. West Brom still look poor, but Big Sam could make a difference.

Sheff united are gone, west brom will probably go down but with Fulham getting it together, it will probably be Brighton.

I like potter but those are three with 'championship' squads, I'd be surprised if Newcastle get sucked in, unless Fulham have a few injuries that would be my bet, I don't think it will be that close come the end of the season.

It's the first time in a while where there are so few bad teams.

Sheff Utd,WBA and Newcastle part this seasons form, part because it's who i'd like relegated.Since West Ham,Villa and arse won't oblige the former trio will suffice.

Going to be an interesting one.

Fulham looked terrible and out of their depth but their results and performances suddenly picked up a bit.

Any side under Allardyce will have a chance. He is usually astute in the transfer window but without any signings it might be too much for them.

Newcastle have some quality but look to be in freefall. Their lack of character could be the undoing of them.

At this stage I have gone for Sheffield Utd, Fulham and Newcastle.

Newcastle have gone ten games without a win. Unless they turn it around soon they're going to get sucked in. They've got some tough games in February as well.

Haven't Newcastle been heavily hit by covid though? To be honest I haven't been paying any attention to them, they are a depressing team to watch these days, but if Callum Wilson stays fit, I think they'll be fine.

Sheffield, Newcastle & I am between Fulham & West Brom. West Brom are so bereft of quality but Big Sam is in his element in this fight if they give him some players to work with.

They were hit by Covid, but I'm not sure that's the only reason for the slump. They've only had two players who were out for a long time because of it and even before he got Covid ASM was out of form and there were rumours that he was going to be dropped.
You're probably right about Wilson keeping them up. You look at Fulham and West Brom and you can't really see where the goals will come from.

There's a big gap to the bottom three all of a sudden.

15 games to go and the bottom 3 are all 10 points or more off safety.

Allardyce is usually good for a couple of cheap January signings but with no purchases they all look as good as gone.

If Burnley beat Fulham midweek it's over.

A couple of decent results by Fulham and they’re now 3 points behind Brighton and Newcastle and 5 points behind Burnley.

Would like to see Fulham stay up.
