Why ?
I don’t think he’s good enough. Think he deserves credit for well he’s done but think he’s a Everton or Leicester level
Why ?
His performances have been impressive of late, no doubt, but he's often mentioned as a replacement of Eriksen. Van De Beek is not a playmaker - Ajax have Frenkie De Jong for that. We need to replace Eriksen (if he goes) with someone who can dictate play...Van De Beek feels like a flavour of the month signing to me.
He might want to try speaking a bit louder to Trippier and Aurier
The problem is Davy Klaassen flopped in PL. Has a similar feel for some reason.
Hell no. Rather we gave Amos Skipp and Onomha a chance.
Also has anyone else heard the Adam lallana rumour?
I see some of your comments here. We are not an ajax. Ok its all well and good buying younger talents to develop but this is long term and it will prob make us a top 4 team. If we want to challenge for trophies we need to buy proven players! We have to move past the stage of buying these younger players that will probably provide us with tidy profit but also cost us in terms of performance
Also has anyone else heard the Adam lallana rumour?
He's a good player.Please no ?
Hasn't been injured much this season, Klopp just hasn't picked him for the squads.Knows the Poch way, too.
Injuries though.
This is a slightly spurious comparison, and probably just because they play a similar position and look a little simiiar - blonde and pale. Klaassen never did what Van Der Beek is doing in the CL.The problem is Davy Klaassen flopped in PL. Has a similar feel for some reason.
Edit: Incredibly there's even an article this morning supporting this view

He's a very good player - but the way he plays can see why he got injuredHe's a good player.
Hearing Dan James reps are holding talks with Leicester,Arsenal.
Yeah someone posted it on here a while ago,was it you? Also has anyone else heard the Adam lallana rumour?
