Agree. He needs to stop ballooning between fights and work on his cardio.

Thats what I was thinking, I watched his pre-fight videos on youtube post weight cut and he went from 155.5lbs to 180lbs in less than 24hrs I am sure this may be common but he was pounding pasta, meatballs, lasagne. If he keeps that up he wont have much longevity in the division and moving up to 170 he doesn't have the power to handle most in that division.

My general notes….
Paddy beat the ghost of Tony. Okay I guess ? I’m sorry, I really do not like Paddy and don’t think he’s ever anything more than a marginal top 10 talent in his division. He’s just not very talented, imo
Shavkat grinding Thompson down like that with, as it transpires a serious ankle injury, was very impressive. Never like to see Thompson lose, he’s such a classy individual
Holy smokes, Bryce Mitchell got sent to the shadow realm. That was insane.
Covington was very disappointing. Not that I like him, but he did not bring his A game. Very happy Leon won, at least he is a genuinely nice individual.
Both Colby and Strickland are just completely nonsensical trash let’s be honest. Or at least the characters they choose to play are. Strickland getting all hurt by DDP remarks was faintly ridiculous given his whole schtick is verbally hammering other people for all and sundry. DDP has got well under his skin and I think he’s gonna destroy Strickland tbh
Oddly, the only time Colby and Strickland have made any sense at all recently is when they are talking about each other.

Max actually asked for this fight himself by calling out justin on twitter. But yep i agree, gaethje destroys him unfortunately.
300’s fights on the card are all looking decent but nothing spectacular unfortunately.

Im honestly not too sure but I would be favouring Strickland as his stand if cleaner the DDP's.

Be interesting to see how he copes with stricklands pressure. Did you see stricklands fight against Magomedov? I could see it going a bit like that if Dricus cant get the finish early. Really looking forward to it although rest of the card isn't that exciting

Yeah the rest of the card is a bit of a let down a lot of the cards this year seem very underwhelming

Honestly, I’m a big fan of TNT, the Discovery app is very good and I prefer their football coverage over Sky.
