Sandro flew to AEL and wasn't even in the named squad- guess my nightmare is true.

Yeah, I suppose "promising" may be a bit inaccurate, but they were miserable in that first half and yet managed to come back to near winning the home leg. Should have won it, tbh. I think the momentum is in their favor, and I think they have a stronger squad.

True, I've always liked him and would prefer him to stay if he is happy being back up to Walker.

It may be a way to give Dier more game time though is in my thinking.

With yedlin coming in and dier as well as Kaboul capable back up to walker I'd say Naughton is a potential departure

I strongly doubt Soldado would go because it seems like we are not after a central striker.

We need Kaboul and Dier as CB cover, not RB cover. You have to have competition for every place.
