So if you are really too excited to sleep and are up at 1.10am tomorrow morning, Film4 is showing Those Glory Glory Days, an autobiographical film by journalist Julie Welch about her obsession with Spurs when she was a kid.

1980s footballing comedy-drama. In 1961 a group of teenage girls are passionately devoted to Tottenham Hotspur. Twenty years later one of them meets the team's wonder boy Danny Blanchflower, and recalls her youthful obsession

Not a lot of actual football in it, but it's set in the time of our double-winning side.

yep it's worth a watch if you haven't seen it :)

for us who remember the 60s well it brings back a lot of memories - listening at school on a transistor radio to the FA Cup draw - real nostalgia stuff that

Brilliant, they were mentioning this on "The Spurs show" last week and again this week, I missed it last time it was on Film4

That scene with them singing 'When the Spurs go marching in' on the buss full of Yiddos was great!

i watched it, wasnt bad. only thing is was she supposed to be mental? or was that because she was just a kid & all the sugar etc?

fuck it, i only saw this thread this morning and after checking film 4 for the next week it looks bleak!! gutted!!
