Ticket Issue

Mate of a mate has had an issue accepting his gifted ticket has anyone had this error before and resolved it?

I had this trying to share a ticket for the Chelsea game, in the end I had to forward to someone else who was able to accept. They then forwarded the email notification to the person who needed the ticket, who then downloaded it to their Apple wallet and it was fine.

We can’t do anything with it weirdly?

who needs to try and forward it on?

we can’t even decline the ticket so weird
