It's certainly better than the 50 foot poster of Pav and Defoe that was up in Bristol a couple of years ago.

This is good on many levels.

1) Getting such space in NYC helps give a boost in a country where everybody gravitates towards the club du jour.
2) Under Armor and HP - just got massive free adverts. I bet they are feeling a bit better about their investment.
3) New York might be one of the friendliest football towns in the US. But that's a whole new level of friendliness

Also, a couple weeks ago i was watching Athletics on Espn2 (America) stream and one of the adverts in the break
was for the PL live matches they will have next season and the clip was Bale's goal against West Ham, and then
hugging it out with Andre. Thats was cool.

I think Under Armour helps with our exposure here as well, they are the dominant brand in most sporting good stores. As far as sporting clothing sales go, they are well and above nike, adidas, warrior :ROFLMAO:, etc.

[yank]Why has that dude got a chicken badge on his shirt?[/yank]

Seriously though, this is massive. Great exposure for the club, we simply cannot afford to sell Bale in the near future (next summer included) if we want to take a slice of his massive publicity.

i honestly didn't even know NBC sports network was picking up the EPL contract until now.... hopefully they have decent coverage. the thing i liked about fox soccer before is they seemed to have spurs games live 90% of the time
