What's new

Tottenham are “working very hard” on contracts that will lure more events to the Stadium.

There are two matches being played during the international break, with the first being Sunday’s clash between the New York Jets and Atlanta Falcons. The Tottenham Hotspur Stadium was built with this in mind and was designed with built-in NFL equipment.

Was it just me or did the pitch look singed?
It may have been the way the surface was brushed, but for a pitch that has hardly been used, it didn't look immaculate.

My guess is a lot of those rubbery black pellets that you now get on the 3G pitches.

Makes me sick, driving past the new stadium and looking at all the red nfl posters hanging from lamp posts and also signs pointing towards our beloved home. The Stadium is beautiful, you can’t take that away, but the whole feel has changed.

Can anyone please tell me the revenue that is or will be created by non football stadium events, where does that go and does it have an effect on FFP regs

I assume all / most of the money earned via non-football events will benefit THFC and that was the purpose - to have a stadium that can earn revenue on more than just circa 25 days of the year!

All stadiums hold events other than football matches. Its hardly a new idea.
I remember working at Carrow Road years back one weekend when they had a huge Jehova Witness bible bashing meeting in there. Tens of thousands of them. Some fkin hotties in there as well. They should try sending them round. I'd let them in :)
