We had no right to just win this tie, folks.

We made a fine fist of it and came up short against a very savvy team/manager.

We had a good run and showed the world we're to be reckoned with.

Still building.

Go all out for the FA cup and let's try and take a trophy into our new stadium in 6 months time.

Qualify for CL again and bring a night like this to our new home.

COYS.

Thanks. I needed that.

I will always love Spurs

I am so angry we lost that, I feel so frustrated. We were by far the better side and should have had 2 penalties to their 1. We lost concentration for 5 minutes or so in the second half during which we conceded the 2 goals. We should have had that game dead and buried after 45 minutes.

I just hope that the team will learn yet another lesson and take their anger into the rest of the season, putting all other teams to the sword.

In the meantime I am going to have a drink or 2 and may well have a hangover in the morning.:devil::devil::devil::devil:

Gutted beyond words.
The team have to bounce back from this and bounce back fast.
This season isn’t finished by a long way.
Have to go all out now and win the FA Cup and try to get 2nd.

I just can't take those criticism from the commentators and I have no idea who they were. Sounded like Owen? Throughout the game there was nothing praises for Juve.. Experience at the expense of integrity? Come on they are dirty old fucks.. Get those shit criticism out and show some balance support to the team from your country at least.. Biased commentary wrecked this even more.

Lol geez think the commentator who sounds like Owen, you might mean Jenas. He was commentating on bt sport and kinda sounds a bit like MO. Usually obvs quite good on us but yeah, him and Glenn were getting hard ons for Juve's "experience"

Fuck it anyway just feel like punching a brick wall at the moment

In games as tight as that at the level that it was, it all comes down to a few key moments. Yes they were dirty, cute, whatever but fuck me do they know how to win at this level by any means necessary. Could have won any other day but that’s where years of experience at the top level counts for everything. No shame on going out, none at all. Gutted but proud.

We are missing that for sure. I was just thinking today that all our team is missing is a Roy Keane. But still learning.

We can hold our heads up high.better than juv over 2 legs and unlucky to be out.sometimes it just doesnt go your way.fine margins. My only gripe was ben davies was given the run about nearly all game but we didnt do anything to prevent it which i felt was naive.either a personel change was needed or somebody to just tuck over and give him some cover.

They seem to be one of those teams that ride their luck and are just super clinical - bit like Chelsea and Leicester in their title winning seasons.

Disappointing in the end but all that matters now is that we learn from our mistakes and make sure we get into this position next season so we can show we have learned and moved forward as a team. Just like we did this season on learning about how to get through the group stage, we now know what it takes in the knockouts to get through and ultimately results like this will make us better in the long term even though it hurts now and don’t forget this is a long term process!

Literally anyone that says 'Poch should have done this,' or 'Poch should have done that' is talking absolute shit. Hindsight changes everything.
Yup. The plan was obviously working, we played just like we do in PL every week, creating ten times the chances and scoring half the goals.

Agree. Didn't see any communication between our lot, nothing!

Poch still has his doubters & the game management of that game wont do him any favours, massive pressure on him now to deliver our remaining objectives for the season (Winning a trophy & securing a top 4 place)

No pressure on him whatsoever, besides the pressure he puts on himself of course.

When I was a kid we were fighting to be top of the bottom half and one season were genuinely fighting relegation. We were almost bust.

This is not the same. This is going out to a team that if we signed any of their outfield players other than their centre backs we would have been happy.

We did fcuking well. I'm damn fcuking PROUD.
In the grim old days back in the 90s, I never thought that we would qualify for the UEFA cup let alone CL.
