CE is a gooner?? I’ve listened to the pod for a couple of years and hadn’t realized that. I guess I should have listened more carefully.
He keeps it quiet for obvious reasons. Arsenal supporting aside he is a very good journalist and great on the show.

Jack Pitt Brooke is an interesting one that I think we could turn. He is a City fan but not massively enamoured with the ownership and said he’s only been once since the takeover. He’s also such a London hipster that I think he’s secretly Spurs now.

IIRC he talked about it in his first-ever Athletic article. I remember being a bit miffed about it at the time but have to say he's really good, doesn't seem biased to me whatsoever.

Could you cover Arsenal if it was your career? And had to be professional? Not sure I could do it at a high level

Thought Danny Kelly made a very poignant point about celebrating – or over-celebrating, whatever that means – having lost two colleagues in one week (one of them 35-yrs-old). A reminder on what football means to us, what our club means to us. By all means, celebrate what you want, how you want. It's kind of the point.

Guest on An Echo of Glory today is Jamie Carragher . Look out for this pod later today which is not only informative but also amusing.

Think he semi-supports Dulwich Hamlet, where he lives now.

Yeah, defo could. It also helps once you meet and interact with all the people around the club. Most are obviously dedicated, decent people, and you build relationships.

Is the club produced podcast any good? I've avoided assuming it's all a bit pally?
I really enjoy it to be honest. It’s quite gentle, as with most of the Spursplay content, but always watchable. I’m not sure why they call it a podcast though? Surely it’s just a video?

You'll be able to find the audio version on the podcast apps.
