Gareth Bale has already reached an agreement to return to Tottenham Hotspur in the summer, according to a report detailing why the move has had to wait.
Bale is in the final six months of his contract with Real Madrid, where he remains an unpopular figure. His current club will be counting down the days until they can release him and his high wages.

Bale coming back is good news if true. Had my doubts on Bale until he showed again he's qualities on the last loan.

Is this really good news if true? I'm not so sure and was personally disappointed at the return from him last season.

Yes he scored a few goals but his overall influence and effect on the team was much less than hoped from an elite level player. He just seemed happy sat on the bench and looked like someone who has lost his desire for the game. Some of that was for sure due to Jose but still I'd have expected more.

He'd be coming back a year older and still injury prone. Personally I'd much prefer we invest the wages he would command on a younger, hungrier player.
