That's the only concern for me right now. I'm not saying he is fucking it up but when he's at the table there is always that possibility.
I don’t think he would care that much but if it does go tits up the grief from fans towards him would ramp up even more…like I said not that he will care what we think.

Think its clear that Daniel Levy doesn't care much for Spurs fans. He might care about Spurs, but only because it's his.

Update: 19 Premier League teams have been active in the transfer window so far this January.

Guess which team is the only one not to have any ins or outs so far.

Everton - likely to sack Manager and have FFP issues
West Ham - Likely to sack manager
Chelsea - could very well sack manager soon

Tottenham - can’t buy players as we do not know managers future

Levy’s having our pants down again lads

We do, we have the power not to go to games, not to buy food and drink at the ground, not to buy shirts

No football club can survive without fans
The problem is there are still plenty of people happy with the current owners

The l"ook where we were before they came in" crowd

They are fine with us joining the the top 6 without trying to iwin anything

Not knowing that the rest of the top six are laughing at us

Like someone hanging around waiting for crumps at their buffet table

I get it some people just want to watch a footy match, they don’t care the play, the result, the style.

My issue is this. We have no identity, we used to be the cup winning team full of swashbuckling players from Hoddle to Ginola. We ain’t interested in winning trophies but we ain’t interested in entertaining. We like top 4 because of money. Club is boring, we must be on the pitch one of the most boring teams in the whole league, only to change into comedy when Lloris fucks up.

we have no style, no plan and no clear ambition. To me that matters and it’s clear where the problem lies to anyone with more than an ounce of sense. We have had periods in our history with great football and trophies, we ain’t a small club and yes the 90’s where bad but are we going to be talking about the 90’s in a hundred years.

There are far too many people defending ENIC over the years
And you really think that is why ENIC still have 86-87% of the share capital? Attacking or defending ENIC on a forum such as this makes no difference to anything other than blood pressure.

Ceasing to attend matches means either wasting the entrance fee or someone else going. The same goes for not buying food and drink at the ground, or not buying shirts. If everyone on this forum did that, which won't happen because opinions are clearly divided, the result would be zilch, because with a fan base of well over a million, individuals and groups like this are insignificant and therefore irrelevant.

THST sending "demands" (arrogant or what?) to the club board merely means that they do what they were going to do anyway while paying lip service to THST (which has what? 30,000 members) for PR purposes.

If you want ENIC out someone has to provide the ante in the form of billions of pounds to do so, and in my view the most likely outcome from any QSI investment or from anywhere else, were it to happen, would be an increase in share capital rather than a buyout of ENIC.

Expressing your or my views and discussing them with others on all matters Tottenham Hotspur on a forum like this is an interesting way to pass some time, which is why I do it, but don't kid yourself you or I have any power (unless you are a billionaire in disguise), and that's even with my 1980 shares.

Finally, with the way the football world is going, the idea of a multi-billionaire buying this or any other EPL club as a plaything to splurge hundreds of millions on players on a regular basis is totally deluded.

In my view we are far better off with ENIC, who in twenty or so years have developed this club from an entity worth tens of millions to one worth billions, with a magnificent infrastructure, while changing the club on the field from one often flirting with relegation and regarding a top half finish as an achievement, to one regularly challenging at the top of the EPL and often competing in the final stages of major cup competitions including the Champions League, which prior to ENIC had only occurred once, in 1961-62 in what was then the European Cup.

The problem with far too many is that they live in the moment and have little sense of perspective.

ENIC have fixed the off the field issues. On the field we are a bloody mess because they have no strategy, they have done enough to have a legacy but they are not helping us in anyway anymore. It’s stale, it’s time to sell up and move on.

Sorry but this is bollox. If 30,000 season ticket holders were willing to forfeit going to the match without selling their ticket for say the Chelsea game, then Sky would have no issue but to discuss a half full ground, if we did it again the following home match against West Ham - well imagine the media interest in that.

It would be incredibly embarrassing for the board and could lead to the one thing that they can do now which is remove Levy as director of the football club - that would be a start.

As for Enics record - they have done great things, but they have taken the club as far as they can go. Alan Sugar saved our bacon in the 90’s, won a couple of trophies and moved on - why can’t Enic? 1 league cup in 23 years it’s pathetic, they are in terms of trophies our worst ever owners

Out of curiosity, where do you draw the line in the sand morally?

What kind of owner would you accept to get rid of ENIC/Levy?

What kind of owner would you accept to win trophies?

Don't underestimate anger that's organised into a movement.

If enough spurs fans got organised they could seriously impact financial takings on matchday, seriously impact concerts, NFL matches, bring untold bad publicity to EnIC and the entertainment venue that they care most about.

It will probably never happen but keep pissing off thousands of people and eventually the rumblings will turn nasty and then your worst fear, they will organise and mobilize properly.

Ya know, I have to say, especially during these miserable times as a Tottenham supporter, I am thankful for this place. Takeover talks, manager merry-go-round, etc. I fill my cup daily here.

As an American, options are relatively limited to get together with friends and talk football (I’m a good American, in this house WE STAN with “football”). So having a place where I can come to, post bullshit and read bullshit, really has value to me. Also, I’ve got good friends but they aren’t giving me targeted ads like this:

Thank you, SC. God’s work, you’re doing.

Mrs. Snarf thanks you, too.
