Whoever comes in doesn’t need to spend £250m every summer, the need a plan which has DOF, manager, players all on one path and in one direction. Whether that’s buying young talents or buying win now players. Have a plan and stick to it.
You mean the exact opposite of what we have now?

I think we'd have to take a look at the assets owned by each of those entities before deciding that they are all loaded with development opportunities anyway. While the stadium was being constructed a lot of the properties surrounding the stadium were sold to companies that are not part of THFC at 'fair value' prior to any planning gain. We do know that Levy doesn't think it is viable to develop the hotel and properties on the South podium at present, so the value of that potentially developable land probably isn't huge.
Would need someone with a good knowledge of company accounts to go through them all , scanned through quickly but one thing I did notice was THFC Stadium Ltd had non-current liabilities of approx £870,000,00

This is the self centered nativity of football fans who believe someone should buy their club for millions or billions but not make a profit from their investment. They’re businessmen not charities.

It’s how allowing nation states to buy football clubs has distorted the perception of how owners should act. Those regimes only care about washing their image. Even if that means burning through money with little financial return.

Yep, makes sense that entity will own the stadium and the associated debt on the stadium.

I don’t think this has ever been about football. Tottenham are an ends to a means for Lewis and Levy this is about building an infrastructure and then modernising/gentrifying the area around the stadium. This is where they will maximise their profits, hotels and property schemes are the long term plan.

Sky ‘breaking news’ states we’re not for sale and Enic are committed to their long term plans here’.

Not surprising. It might be true, but if they said they were eager to sell they'd lose some leverage on the final price of a potential sale.

QSI can't buy the club outright due to their ownership of PSG IIRC
Not quite correct as look at UEFAs approval off both Red Bull clubs. If the “controlling” entity isn’t the same it’s fine, dependant on the financing entity, they will loophole and structure it accordingly to prevent a problem.

Know nothing about company finances and how it all works but checked out the accounts of three of the companies listed above, assume rest are the same, the ones checked were Stardare , THFC Women and THFC Stadium, in each accounts it has a section that begins "The ultimate controlling party is ENIC Sports & Development Holdings Limited , 303 Shirley St , Nassau"
Just wonder if ENIC would sell the lot or certain sections of the club.

PS All ENIC haters off to the Bahamas and parade up and down outside 303 Shirley St with your protest banners. :)
Those companies are all wholly owned subsidiaries of Tottenham Hotspur Limited - which is itself owned by ENIC Sports & Development.

If ENIC were to sell off parts - it would get complicated. And really, to get to the valuation that ENIC want, they need to include it all.
