I just tuned in five minutes ago.

Are we playing without a midfield?

We looked better in the dimand...

Just hope Poch is trying to run a few of them on empty today to help fitness.

Inter much more of a threat than we are apart from the first 20 mins I can't remember their keeper having anything to do.

Fuck me what a sprint by Lamela after helping us win the ball for the press, great to see.

Of coarse its not about winning but id expect a little more composure and competent passing tbh.

Unlucky son, but all 3 (Lamela and Moura) all made the same run. No one tried to create space

People are way too harsh on KWP. First of all it’s a friendly and without playing consistently you can’t expect him to be perfect

Give him the chance this season and he will prove he’s a good RB

Definitely give him a chance against the lesser teams. He may indeed prove he's good enough. he's young and we don't know if and when he'll come along. however, he is making mental mistakes - ball watching, failure to sprint back after losing an advanced possession, etc. It's not time to ship him out but we can't have blinders on to where he needs to improve.

It is still pre season and there will be some incomings I am sure as we all know the team needs refreshing.
Reasons for optimism are (a) we still look resilient and difficult to beat and (b) there are some promising and exciting young players breaking through. We will be okay
