I seriously have no clue what goes through AVB's mind when it comes to selection. No Lamela? ffs.

AVB is going to get even more stick now that Lloris was apparently fit to play last week but not today.

I'm not surprised Lamela isn't playing, would have been a bit extreme to throw him straight in. He'll probably get 20+ mins though. I'm glad Eriksen is starting.

No Lloris is really worrying, both for his sake, and for our sake, and for whatever media mess that might cause. And AVB had earlier "confirmed" he would start...any news ?

Uh oh. What's up with Hugo?

I can't see us scoring and what's worse is that I can't see a clean sheet with Brad in.

I'd rather Gomes was in goal. Friedel had fuck all to do against Sherrif and made a shit first save to set up their goal.

:scared:

Not sure why Eriksen is starting ahead of Lamela and Holtby, Eriksen has been poor since the second half of the Chelsea game.

Actually can't believe that Lamela isn't starting and so much for Lloris being fine.

Siggy, Soldado and eriksson have a good natural understanding. Since AVB doesn't seem able to get our players combining well. This move makes sense.

I'm really starting to feel a little exasperated now. Play your best players, and more importantly the ones in form who will benefit us collectively.

No Lloris and Lamela, can't say I feel terribly confident.
