You can't say that yet. Same story as Harry, untouchable until people realise eventually, give them time they will soon run out of excuses.

Just sounds like you like to start hounding managers and give them less time than other people tbh

Funnily enough, I thought that was our best attacking performance this season.

AVB is fucking clueless though. Anyway, we are out of the top 4 now so maybe some of you will now admit that everything os not OK because "we're winning" this as coming.

Siggurdson needs to be dropped, so does Townsend. I know there's alot of hype around him but his productivity doesn't justify the amount of shots he takes in a game.

you were clearly watching the same paulinho as me, awful today, got about the pitch well and thats where it ends, couldn't trap wind.

At fault for the goal, barely did anything in the 1st half, created little all game and missed a sitter. Hasn't justified his price tag or the fact he starts every game.

Why bother watching the match if you only judge the score?

Wow. You really are a bit of a joke aren't you. You have a go at me for predicting a dull 1-0 win against Hull (at best) by saying the score is all that matters, then you come out with a line like this?

You're all over the place. It's embarrassing to read really.

Anyone else wish they were a goon? Whoever they/we buy and whatever the circumstances they just end up on top and we throw everything away. We are so fucking shit. As a caviat I hate the goons and don't really wish I was one

Positive - Paulinho
Are you f'kn kidding me???? He was awful.

Our best players were Vertongen and Kaboul and he came on at half time.

We really are a terrible football team again thanks to a manger who insists on playing players out of position and has not got a clue how to play to his teams strengths.

So we got almost 75% possession and still lost. At home. To a supposedly sub standard team - and manager.

Tell you what, I'd rather have Pardew as our manager right now.

With our squad we should be firing bigtime. But we're not. And that is down to one man.

And if anyone pipes up and says our new players still need to gel they can fuck right off.

To bw honest, really not feeling too bad about the result..we have been jammy this season. But AVB does not convince me...must admit I am having a laugh with money this club has wasted.....the scum will always be ahead of us..
..

I don't think you've ever posted anything positive on this forum, and you always tend to finish off with something about Arsenal always being better. Whatever keeps you happy I guess?

We were shite? Really? We had 5, 6, 7 very good attempts at goal. If Krul isn't on top form we get at LEAST 1 or 2. Eriksen lifts his chance off the deck and there's nowhere near as much complaining. 1 strike of the ball doesn't improve a team performance but people on here would react differently. Why bother watching the match if you only judge the score?
Wait I know this one! Is it because the score is the thing that counts the most at the end of the day? When's the last time you heard someone cheering their team on to lose?

Our league position isn't bad but the performances are starting to become a worry. No goals from open play in our last three league games isn't good enough for a top 4 team.

Fed up with Andros on the right and shooting all the time instead of passing to better placed team mates. Inverted wingers are great if you've got players like Ronaldo, Messi or Bale. The build up play is so slow and predictable. With the pace we've got we should be much quicker at getting the ball down the field, especially on the counter. Instead everything is over-thought and too methodical. Also, it's obvious AVB doesn't know what his best team is, hence the ever changing line up.

And another thing. In training are the players taught to shoot directly at the keeper? A lot of those saves Krul pulled off he barely had to move.

So in our last 8 defeats, 7 have come after Europa league midweek games. Can we just forget this joke competition, at least until the winners get a CL spot?

At least we see some Spurs goals go in..............keep going in it i say.

We have scored 5 goals from open play this season. 3 penalties and 1 cross which I don't count as a full goal.

5 goals in 11 games.

Andros Townsend has 1 flukish goal and 0 assists in his last 1400 minutes of EPL football. He has taken 45 shots this season, with only a cross that inadvertently went into the goal. How the hell can you continue to justify his selection?

Was the purchase of Paulinho based purely on him being Brazilian, or the fact he is not only Brazilian, but has two left feet.
