Tottenham want to strengthen at full-back and centre-back, as well as attacking midfield.
They’d also like better back-up for Harry Kane than what Vincent Janssen offers.

With Janssen on a reported $30K a week, I have a hard time seeing him leaving this summer. His salary fits nicely into Spurs current 'pay structure'. I believe that Vincent will be given at least another 1/2 season to prove himself. His hold up play is excellent, its just his finishing that needs to improve. COYS

Simply have to give VJ more time, there are lots of nice parts to his game.

We've seen with Son what a second season can do.

I've no problem with giving Janssen another season, however we still need more back up in the striker dept. We have strong cover in every position except the number 9.
It would be nice to unearth the next Bale or Alli equivalent. Over the years we've been very successful in paying what "appeared" a very full price at the time, which in time proved to be a bargain. Anderton, Gazza, Modric, Bale were big prices for young talent, just got to roll the dice cos we won't be able to sign a Suarez or Neymar just yet!

Article seems to assume they know what Spurs want to do without any evidence whatsoever.

Agree.
The author of that piece must've been trolling Transfer Rumours.

Full backs, centre backs, Midfield and strikers eh, so he thinks we're going for a new team!

Janssen definitely needs to be given until at least January.
What's the point in getting rid of him, only to then bring in someone else from somewhere in Europe, who has no experience in the PL and will take a year to adapt due to playing second fiddle to Kane?!?

I stopped reading at this point...

Tottenham insist they do not have to sell any player but with an £800m stadium project to pay for, the club may find they have to consider big offers - especially for players who want to move.

Clearly uninformed nonsense. Maybe Osbourne wrote it himself.

it can't be worse than,
D Rose going to UTD, because he's from Doncaster and homesick or,
Bale going to UTD, because the final is in Cardiff and he might not start.
so he's going to Man UTD

We need to keep our best players and add a bit more depth to the squad. Generally it's coming along nicely.
