It's good to hear but with this kind of thing he I would be surprised if he plays a game in the next few weeks. Training is wildly different to pushing your muscles to the max during a game.

I would think of the two Daws is more likely to be fit, as he played some Pre-season games and did the hard training where as Woody did nowt and he is no Ledley (freak)
