Opinion/ITK - your choice....
"Guys I don't know what anyone else has heard but as far as I am aware the shitshow of summer 2013 was the nail in the coffin for big money buys. There has been huge emphasis on youth development for the last decade and it is finally coming to fruition. I really don't see us going out and spending 25m on Depay or anyone else. Levy wants more Bentaleb/Mason/Kanes coming through. And people can't see that method doesn't work, because it clearly does. Mitchell and his team have also been brought in for a reason. And it's not to go out spending 25-30m on well known players from the continent.
What I'm trying to say is we best get used to signings like Ings and Reid, as opposed to Lamela and Soldado".
