erm... was it just me who missed this announcement? I'm assuming they moved it because of our game with PSV, but it's been moved from Saturday the 8th to Sunday 9th now - no email, no text, no word on the official site that i saw.

The only reason i ask with this obvious virtual frown is because one of the girls i work with, who takes her kids along to as many games as she cans, has tickets for the Hammers game and found out last night, by word of mouth, that the game date had been changed but, after checking all sources of incoming Spurs-related data, she's not been told at all and one of her boys has a cup game that weekend so it's really f*cked things up for her. What's the deal on getting money back on tickets, what's the latest you can refund?

Have we just plain not seen a really blatant message, was it posted under some spurious heading/section on the main site?

Damn, I changed my reservation at Les Manoir aux Quat' Saisons from yesterday to 9th March so I could go to Wembley. Doubt if my wife will understand me changing the date again. Do you think that Raymond Blanc has Sky?

Dude, I'll buy the adult ticket from her if she's interested!
I've already offered, gallantly, to step in and ferry the other son to the game, but it seems a bit f*cked up to move the date of a game, just over a week before it's to be played, and not officially tell anyone - surely they could've announced before the 2nd leg of the Slavia game that for anyone planning on going to the Hammers game, it would likely be moved if we went on to play in the next round.

Christ, even in the three days after the Slavia game, could they not have put a note on the official site, or email those ticket holders affected??

slack! Really, really slack! And as i'm typing this, another colleague has come up shouting that the team she manages has a game that day too and she might have to cancel, having only just been told by her mate...

If I was her I would get on to the ticket office asap. I think there is some sort of refund when they change games but tis totally up to the club. For the chelsea game (league) they were willing to offer refunds, probably because they knew there would eb takers. I would imagine its the same with the spammers

So has anyone here, who bought tickets to the West Ham game, had any notification that the game has been moved, from any official source at Spurs?

Maybe i should ring the ticket office just in case no-ones told them either

There were predictions that this would happen at the beginning of the month (In the ticket forum) and I agree that some sort of announcement should have been made although having a cup final to prepare for on top of not actually being sure that the game would need to be moved until Friday morning or whenever the PSV dates were conformed might be mitigating circumstances.

It's shitty, but that's how it is with football these days  My mate had tickets for a Barca game which got moved, lost out on flights, hotels the lot. All too common.

Was put up on the site the day after we progressed to the round of 16, news would have been pushed down the order quickly though due to the Cup Final.

Please, send me a link - i've trawled the news archive and can't see it anywhere - we only made it through on Thrusday, i've read back into early last week with no news of it, unless they tucked it away at the bottom of an article, as a side note or something

A&C - i can feel your mates pain, but Spain have a real bad record for moving games at the last minute, from what i recall, and don't have any obligation to inform anyone other than the authorities...
