Son isn't in the game at all sadly. We've done alright but we aren't finding the final ball at all

Spammers appear to be playing for dead ball situations we need to be a bit more clever when we are at our end of the pitch

Up and down performance, first 20 minutes was good, next 20-25 then West Ham were comfortably the better team.

Not sure I'd change anything just yet, maybe bring on GLC and Richy at 65/70 if nothing has improved.

Nothing drastically wrong with that. Feels like the game is in a bit of a holding pattern though, waiting for some big moment to break the shackles. I feel that Richy would have been more dangerous for those crosses that fizzed across than Son, who is set more for the cut back and is being crowded out.

Been frustrating as I think we've been good. Maddison and Bissouma have both been better. Bentancur looks very silky too and almost back to his best.

I know the goal came from both our wide men, but I still think we're lacking quality and composure in the final third. We're just so loose with the ball that promising opportunities are repeatedly coming to nothing.

Werner is getting there, today his reading of the game is off. Bit passive, should be looking to get infront of his marker more.
He looks very afraid to make a mistake/miss and chance. He's doing everything very simply, like trying to make a yard and drill in a low cross, which ironically is what is getting him assists.

Really is a player that 99% of the time plays with very little confidence, yet still is very effective usually.

It looks liek we are playing good in midfield, but it is actually West Ham that is very poor, they look tired and have no pressure on any of us, so we should be producing a lot more in my opinion.

Think this will come back to haunt is in second half, VDV on yellow is scarry for their counters, and they will have atleast one more goal on either freekick or Corner, it is West Ham after all

According to the TalkSport clowns West Ham have been superb, Vicario is a liability and Bowen, Kudus and Paqueta are the best 3 players on the pitch. Blimey we are doing amazingly well considering the quality of the opposition, they must be well above us in the league

We controlled the game away from home to a very good West Ham side. We limited their chances and created several decent ones ourselves.
Again I think you're over egging the pudding pal. West Ham are fucking dreadful, they've got nothing in them apart from a good set piece.

I’d feel a whole lot better about the second half if Mickey wasn’t on a yellow. Ridiculous that he was booked before Paqueta

Give them another 6 or 7 corners in the second half though and they're going to score again.

Assist aside, I think Werner has been poor. Johnson very good again. Maddison looking a threat. VDV terrific. Only big complaint is that their goal was so easy and undid an excellent first 20 minutes.

Feels like, apart from the gaol, we have been a little disjointed in the final 3rd. That's frustrating as we have moved the ball quicker and be less static tonight that we have been for a while. People saying Ricky on to play up top, but he is also a bit pinball with his link-up at times. I'd leave it for now. And see how the next 15 mins go .

It's his 4th game in a week and a half. Considering the travelling time involved, it's little doubt he's feeling a bit weary. Think we should bring in Richardson around the 60th minute mark.

Only one team is interested in playing football, and it's not the "champions of Europe"
