CD with electric pace if you look at some of the tackles VDV has been able to make as his pace got him back there.

Lacroix at Wolfsburg would be an interesting one. Lightning quick and partnered Van De Ven. Would cost a lot considering Wolfsburg dont need to sell.

Interesting, Juve have supposedly been trying to extend his contract until 27. He currently only has 2 years left on it. Guess he’s another young alternative option to Nusa.

Interesting. He is quick, good at crossing and passing with both feet (he is left footed) but only an OK dribbler, easy to knock of the ball due to poor balance (he has only just turned 20, so balance might improve with strength as he gets older) but decent in defence. I wonder if we are looking at him as a Winger or an Inverted FB.

Paratici was reportedly spotted at the airport after Brugge's recent Conference League match against Bodo/Glimt. The general consensus (or perhaps wishful thinking) was that he must have been there to scout Nusa, but it's a fairly tenuous link.

I think you are being kind with "tenuous". I was hoping we had concrete links, as I think he is going to be a star.

Nothing concrete. Don’t think we’ve had any concrete links to anyone yet which is unsurprising considering we only just brought in a new DoF.

I dont know if its just the highlights/youtube clips ive seen but he looks like he has really bad ball control and is clumsy. Also the defending and goal keeping in the vids I have seen have been horrendous.

Hopefully someone who has watched him quite a bit will be able to give a clear indication of how good he actually is.

KWP seems like a decent lad but honestly we need to be aiming a bit higher in my opinion. Decent low level Premier League player is where I would put him. He isn’t as good as either Emerson or Davies.

We're gonna need club trained players for Europe, though. Right now we've only got Skipp. So we either have to promote from within or bring someone back.

Got a bit of leverage as Juventus are in for Højbjerg reportedly. Would mean we’d have to have someone lined up to replace him too unless we think Bentancur, Skipp and Maddison can hold us together during AFCON?

On Iling-Junior, he appears to be super versatile so would be able to play in forward positions but is trusted up to a point with defensive work as a wing back. Does seem likely it would be him or Nusa.
