Sign Nestory Irankunda please Ange, put one over Bayern.
Watched him live last week, looks to have bags of potential but still very raw, you don’t know whether he’s going to beat his man or run the ball out of play.

Chiesa being linked with us. Would be an amazing signing IMO.

Before @THFCSPURS19 chimes in, the source is 100% accurate according to my hopes and dreams.

Apparently could be available for less than what is quoted in the article too.

football.london spoke to Italian football expert Kaustubh Pandey regarding Chiesa during the summer, when he claimed that the former Fiorentina winger could be available for less than the quoted price. “It looks as if Juve would want around €45 million to €50million for him, as they want to recover as much as they can from what they spent on him," Pandey said.
I think theres a very good chance he leaves this winter if any club show enough interest. Juve are still in a bad place financially and just can’t afford to give him a new contract on favourable terms. They won’t want a repeat of the Dybala situation and they will know this is the last window they can get anything decent for him. Considering Juve were actively looking to sell him this summer I also don’t think he will feel any drive to reduce his contract demands. I’d also think his price will be closer to the €45 mil mark then €50 mil. We had ITK in the past linking him to us if our interest remains who knows but in general you’d have to think we are pretty attractive prospect atm for any player.

This is his 3rd season in the PL and this season he has already outscored his previous best and he was poor in his only season in the German Bundesliga, so it's hard to know if he has turned a corner or just going through a purple patch.

He was good in the Austrian Bundesliga though.

Have you seen much of him this season? Ive seen Juve fans claiming he is back to his best and has 4 goals so far.

Juve this season have been setting up in a 352 with Vlahovic and Chiesa playing up top in a two with a similar dynamic to how Kane and Son played under Conte. Chiesa has had a little more license to roam then Son did under Conte but in general he has been a SS rather than WF this season. He’s taken to his new role very well but I still feel he is best wide. In general he’s certainly looked the best he has since his injury but he’s still not 100% imo. He picked up two muscle injuries this season, one very brief the other longer, that shows how his body is still adapting post injury. Personally I’d love to see him in an aggressive system and I think he’d probably welcome a change. At 26 now is his time to move leagues and despite his injuries I think he’d actually be able to put up with the physicality of the PL. I’ve always been a big fan of his so I’m probably going to be biased about any link to us but even so i wouldn’t be buying him for €60 mil currently.

Liking the look of this Branthwaite kid at Everton. From the glimpses I've seen of him and, looks to have something about him. Believe he has recently signed a contract but do wonder with Evertons financial situation whether he could be prised away.

Warren Zaïre-Emery at PSG looks absolutely mint, 17 year old midfielder that looks to have a bit of everything about him. He's been playing for them for more than a year and is their youngest ever senior player. Contract until 2025

Henry being very complimentary about him

When was the longer injury? He has only been out for 1 game this season.

Yeah that was the longer stretch, he missed the derby della mole and had to pull out of the Italy squad. He wasn’t fully fit for the Milan match following the break ether which is why he started on the bench. He started from the bench against Verona yesterday but supposedly he is fully fit now. What was interesting tho is how good Kean was yesterday, in the Chiesa role (he score two really good goals that got chalked off for no fault of his own) so if there is a chance he’s off this winter he might struggle to get his spot back.

Not that long ago we had discussions such as 'Do you guys think that Dwight McNeil could do a decent job at left wing back?'

Totally agree. I said a couple of weeks that I think he will be the next £60m English CB but each week that goes by I think that number increases. Would be a quality pick up.

Ko Itakura being linked this morning. 26 Year old CB at Borussia Monchengladbach.

A base client so if its true, you'd imagine its an easy deal to make.

I could see this happening too...

Like Porro, he was on the books at City but pretty sure never played a game for them.

Is lloyd Kelly quick enough to be a decent backup option for us? Can't say I've noticed either way

Does anyone else think we're light in the goalkeeping department? Forster and Lloris, irrespective of their experience and abilities, are both the wrong type of keeper for Ange's style of play and Whiteman has zero experience in a decent league. An injury to Vicario could seriously hamper our ability to play out from the back, one of the key aspects of Ange's system. A punt on a good young keeper who's happy to bide his time could pay off handsomely.
