no harm in dreaming

I originally posted my prediction yesterday when I was high on champagne and good food. But I still think we will win comfortably as we're a very decent side. You can take the piss all you like, but I am optimistic and a partisan supporter of Spurs. Too many on here are overly pessimistic and almost want us to lose just so they can moan about Mourinho. Bring on Wolves we're gonna smash them!

Can see a draw in this game, which wouldn’t be the worst result.

I know one thing for certain, it will be fucking dull!

Not confident. I like the squad, and the quality of it.

But I don’t feel we’re making the most of it.

We only have one way to play, and seem intent only to wait for our opponents to make mistakes.

If we’re not super clinical then it doesn’t seem to work

Not sure if I'd start Doherty and hope he is motivated against his old team or just stick with Aurier and hope he doesn't make a dumb mistake again?

I still think we are overly reliant on certain players like Kane, son and perhaps 1/2 others.
This has been the case in the Europa League where Jose has had to either play or throw them on in order to get anything from the game.

Big game this, time to see what we are made of. Lose and we fall behind the top 4, win and we are in the thick of it.
Son has had his usual couple of crap games hopefully he turns up today

Score after 15 minutes then allow Wolves the bulk of possession by packing our defence to protect our lead.
Wolves equalise after 80 minutes. We then go into full attack to get the winner ,but leaving ourselves to a Wolves breakaway and winning goal on 91minutes.

Kane tends to enjoy these games around the holidays so fancy him today.
I really want to see us take care of the ball better today. We've been far too sloppy in possession of late.
Looking at the team news it seems only Lo Celso is out? Hopefully see Bale today and possibly start Lamela.

Tough game for us. We are struggling to score, just about one goal a game for the last eight or nine. Wolves are not the team they were and without Jiminez short of goals. I can see. 0-0 or 1-1 at best. After JM’s latest strop against creative intent I suspect most of the team will be too scared to do anything else but defend and hit long balls up. Another grind but hopefully we can sneak a win again
But people said we were top scorers.

Absolutely massive game. 3 points is a must. Anything less is unacceptable. Have to have the mentality for this and we all know mentality is never a problem for our bunch:rolleyes:

Thank fuck Lamela’s back to try & drag us out again.
