Only SportsDirectnews but I though I'd post it.

Tottenham Hotspur are preparing to fight off interest from Premier League rivals Manchester City and Chelsea to sign PSV's Belgian starlet Zakaria Bakkali.
Spurs have already imported one player from the Eredivisie this summer in Nacer Chadli, who was signed in a £7 million deal with FC Twente.
The north London side are now believed to be considering a second swoop on Holland for Bakkali, who has emerged as one of the hottest properties in the game.
Bakkali scored a recent hat-trick for PSV against NEC Nijmegen, in what was only his second Eredivisie appearance, to announce his arrival on the highest stage.
The youngster, 17, was then called up to the Belgium national side for an international friendly with France but was forced to withdraw from the squad through injury.
With Premier League sides chasing his signature, Bakkali's value is clearly on the rise.
The player is likely to attract a significant transfer fee therefore, with PSV expected to demand a fee in the region of £12m.

"He became the all-time youngest player ever to score a hattrick in Eredivisie, at the age of 17 years and 196 days."

If we got him and Hal we will have just sorted out our left and right wing positions for the next 5-10 years (or as long as we can hold onto them) what with Hal being left footed and BAK right. Would be soooooo good.

This would be some signing if the link is real. And unlike Haliliovic's situation, leaving him at PSV on loan shouldn't have any complications.

Reminds me of Hazard both in how they look, nationality, and how they play. Maybe a shorter and less evolved Chadli too. and he's only 17.

The way he takes defenders on is what I want to see from Lennon already.

I really like this kid.
