We have Dawson, Gallas and Kaboul, with an injury prone King.

Hope Caulker gets a good season under his belt in the Prem then steps up and comes back to us.
Jemal Campbell-Rice (Bristol City) amoungst others were sat behind me on a plane to Vegas last week, had a good chat with him. I mentioned Caulker and asked what he thought, said he reckons he's got what it takes to be a player in the Prem, just wasn't sure if he'd get his chance with us.

Wenger may rarely get it wrong in identifying a good player, but he sure as hell struggles in identifying good centre-halves from abroard who can adapt to the English game. I think, if you look, his greatest success vorrelates to the era he had the English centre-halves he inherited when he took over.

Chris Samba is no better than Dawson IMO. How many CB do we need? Is it a case of buying 10 just in case 8 get injured at the same time? Ridiculous.

Exactly, what team has more than four CBs?? We need to be streamlining the squad/wage bill and improving the front line, not adding more decent players that will be additional backups. Ok Bassong may be leaving, but because he didn't get much playing time last season despite the CB injury crisis. Either sign a young top quality CB to compete with Dawson and Kaboul and eventually replace King/Gallas/Woodgate, or don't bother.

ackie, me (formerly), POTL, whoever you wish to use as an example are passing on information that they are TOLD in good faith...
now the big bold bit up there ^^ is really, really important...look i know its tough for you to understand, youve probably been thinking about what to have for your dinner all day an all, but....
digging out people that pass on ITK in the ITK section of the board may i add!!(thats right, the ITK section!!) is as stupid if not more so than somebody making up ITK for fun every now & again to gain some extra inches on their penis (as some of you would believe)...
so, dont bash the person who passes on info in future because its not that person in many cases that has sourced the info in the first place!!...they have just taken their own time to post it even though they know that small minded people like yourself will dstroy them if the said player/s dont sign because you just do not get the way it works!..
as i said, ackie has wasted his time!
