bids aren't imminent. if they are at the lodge together today, it will be a regular meeting they often have throughout transfer windows to discuss targets, outgoings etc. there's a long way to go before we place bids that we genuinely feel will be accepted. Levy will be at the lodge quite often over the next week as there are issues to sort out with various players over their future, ie modric and the 'deadwood' brigade, and if there have been tentative enquiries, these players will need to be told what the plan of action is going to be.

however, as i've said before, we're trying to do things earlier this year, and the work starts now. 'imminent bids' is very misleading though.

as for n'zogbia, i think we're missing the point. he wouldn't start instead of bale, but to have a player of his quality (imo he is CL quality) there for when bale is injured/as a substitute/flying in off the right when lennon's mind is elsewhere, would take us up a notch. the only first team changes we need are up front and at right back for me. and walker may or may not solve one of those problems. other than that, bring in some quality CM and versatile wing cover (n'zogbia) and we're sorted.

wow... not anywhere near to signing a player. good work!!! Give it 2 weeks till mods puts in a transfer request and says the club are not being ambitious enough! As im pretty sure levy would have told him we will buy some quality.

Do you realise how many tribes on average live in one African Country alone?

It's imperative that a man or woman knows at least 5 languages for business trade between tribes.

I guarantee I could have a full conversation with Emmunael Adebayor in one of the African languages I know.

Seems the one thing not being talked about in here anymore is the ITK.

The price you pay for having this place more lightly modded is that you meet us halfway and don't spam the life out of it. That ain't happening right now.

I couldn't give two shits how much African someone speaks, wether someone in here likes Vanilla or Tutti fucking Frutti ice cream and where's the best place to get it. It's about as far away from what this thread is for as you can get.

If you want talk about everything but the ITK, use the SC chatroom.

We don't want to return to modding this place like we used to but we will if we have to. So it's up to each individual to be a bit more responsible or you'll lose your access.
