Gooooooood morning ITKers! Before we get started on the round-up there are a few things we'd like to make clear, so pay attention please.

1: I'm getting complaints about how slack we've been about cracking down on ITK abuse. So please think before you type. And if you are about to start a post with 'not bashing but', i'd think twice. Its getting out of hand and we're going to have to crack down on it if it continues.

2: Because it was current, Modric mania was allowed to run riot in here yesterday. That's over now. ALL Modric chat should now be taken to the appropriate thread.

3: Please dont post up false reports/ITK as a joke or not. At the moment its hard enough finding the ITK in this thread with out the need for false information as well.

4: If you are posting ITK (from here or from other sites) can you please post it into the SC ITK forum as well.

5: I know it sounds obvious but apparently one or two of you have difficulty grasping it......Twitter posts in the Twitter thread please.

Another 'trend' that seems to have developed is the habit of one ITK coming out and rubbishing anothers info. Its a petty, small minded practise. ITK or not, do it and you might well lose your access.

Right, off with my serious hat on on with the round-up.

A new day, the modric situation sort of dealt with, but the media will still push on with this like berbatov. And another day with no movement at the club.

Well the Daily Fail and Star have wasted no time in saying he will still quit (despite having no quotes of course), not long before SSN jump on the bandwagon with this one im sure. Surely something can be done by the club to stop them spreading shite??

A big shiny new signing would be a nice way to end the week though.

Perhaps Levy should ban SSN from WHL (other than when televising matches) and not allow Harry and the players to be interviewed?

There is a precedent. One club banned reporters from the Mirror for misreporting.

Two days is along time, fees can be agreed and contracts drawn up, plus we aren't close means we were trying so can easly happen, n with this modric stuff we have ave been able to do our buisnes a little quieter as everyone's talking about modric.

Good points. I really hope so. We could do with a big signing to show the world that we mean business!
