Have Malaga not recently come into money though? They've signed a good bit of quality this summer, Nistelrooy, Toulalan, Demichelis, Julio Baptista and now Corzola

Or perhaps Villareal more unlikely to sell him given they have lost these players.
I'd read it more as Rossi doesn't want to join us, Juve didn't get the deal done with them and so they let Cazorla go to Malaga.

Or if Ekotto leaves (didn't we have ITK of somneone (PSG?) wanting him recently)?
But we'd have to be getting £5m more by selling Ekotto and buying Bastos for it to be even worth considering, and even then....

The reason I say it is because he also wrote LOL in a recent ITK and most people don't capitalise it and frankly it is desperate times

Unfortunately that does make more logical sense. Villareal would be decimating their team if they sold Rossi in this window as well!

To be fair, Capdevilla is getting on a bit. Senna as well, who is out of contract and was linked to Swansea earlier in the window.

Yes, money from the Gulf. Like Man City. They're possibly one of our biggest transfer rivals, to be honest, as they don't have CL, play in one of the world's top two leagues, and have big ambitions and some good players to play alongside. The difference is that their wages are going to be much more attractive than ours.
