Comparisons to Pav worry me. I think any striker we are trying to buy should have extensive 'can you control the ball' training before we even make a bid.

The fact we`ve gone from allegedly making bids for Rossi, Aguero, Llorente et all in Jan to Keissling is rather disturbing...Whilst I appreciate DPs analysis of the player and respect his opinion, I also have my own and I don`t thing Keisssling is much better if any than what we currently have...thats just my personal opinion and I hope no one finds it offensive...

That's a load of shit although I appreciate the sentiment Fazza. My ability to define his tactical nuance and how it fits in with Augusto/Vidal/Derdiyok isn't half as good as saying he played 7 minutes in the World Cup and his touch is shit. My question that a player might not fit a system based on four bands because he is a three band player is worthless compared to saying "get him now and any half-wit can fit him into the style because he's expensive". My musings that 4-6 might be brilliant are trumped by "we ned a strong ferwad idiot" (sic).
I'm rather disheartened by Spurs supporters. As a cohort, it's a very stupid group of fans. That's not to say their aren't intelligent ones. But they all leave like Joey or lurk. And the Bundesliga is better for my way of looking at the sport.
I don't want to talk "he sucks" I want to talk where he fits into what system. Nobody at this level sucks. They just need to find a fit.
