The ITKs seem pretty positive still that we're going to pull a rabbit out of the hat. There are still some quality strikers to be had. It seems like we're the last to wait. Man Utd are well sorted up top, Chelsea got Torres in January, Arsenal got Gervinho, Man City have got Aguero and Liverpool got Carroll and Suarez in January. I pray that the best is saved until last with us. Patience is a virtue. I gotta feeling we'll land Rossi soon, with Juve out of the chase. A big money bid could force Villareal to sell.

Lets hope there is a remote chance that we will bid big for Rossi now and really test Villarreal's resolve....

of course Rossi may not want to come but then again he might just..

I'm assuming that if Vucinic were to go to Juve that their interest in Rossi would end.

Lets be honest signing Rossi would be a massive statement of ambition to Modric et al.

Rossi is the biggest fish we could get, current status etc...

Here's another thought. Remember the Juve chairman's comments the other day, might of been yesterday I think, were he said it was hard to compete with English and Spanish Clubs...well he had mentioned Vucinic and Rossi in this report but I assumed he was referring to Vucinic in this instance, but is it possible he was actually referring to Rossi :shrug:

Yes Rossi's homeland but perhaps we are slowly winning him round.....

We should just go and try to sign their targets for high wages like Hamsik and Rossi.

I’m told Diarra ready to go. Don’t know what hold up is.
Might have to wait on Afellay. Barcelona WILL sell and player knows it. Player waiting to get best deal and Champions League football NOT an issue, he wants to play. Might play into Tottenham’s hands, as they originally wanted loan. They think they will get him.

Genuine interest in Defoe from Spain.
