Like I said, I was just going on the fact that the concensus on here was that the B of Y&B was Rossi - nothing else.
I think Real are looking to sell Diarra, and I think we will buy himSo that wouldn't be a loan.
The obvious one is Adebayor - but Sky Blue isn't real blue, is it (just like Citeh aren't a real football team - or a Real one, for that matter).

yeap, the Goat and POTL are at the opposite ends regarding cryptic

POTL's B&Y are so vague that it could be anyone
The Goats difficult so noone can get them

Both do the same job, both let s know something is going on but not at a stage that any more details can be passed on

Adebayor and Leandro are not two signings which would turn Luka's head like POTL said they would, woul dlove them both but I think one of Blue or Yellow is referring to a Rossi/Falcao stature player.

I said earlier in the window that I thought Blue & Yellow might just be some sort of odd codename for the strikeforce in general. The fact that POTL was so certain on it so early in the window suggested it wasn't a particular player.

In terms of strikers who may be available on loan I don't think there are that many that we've been linked with.

Adebayor is the obvious one. Benzema might be the other although I'm not sure Real have enough strikers to be loaning him out just yet.

I don't think Leandro is the yellow...if so why the need to be cryptic? Les Ferdinand was openly talking about our interest on ITV the other day. Cryptics from POTL aren't as I understand just to make it a fun guessing game. It is to give us something to think about, whilst Levy gets the deal done for those players on the quiet. Everyone knows we are after Leandro - therefore no need to keep his link cryptic

My guess is its Benzema, I definitely hope its him, don't think its Diarra, Potl said ages ago B&Y would show M our ambition and I really don't think Diarra is the player to do that. B&Y are both strikers imo.

If 'Blue' is a Frenchman, it would strongly imply national team colours, in which case 'Yellow' is very likely a Brazilian - Leandro? I'm sure plenty will say Kaka

I think that's the confusing part. Most of the more sensible guesses on here would not get Modric too excited I would guess.

Well, Diarra would fit the blue. France = les bleus, Chelsea = The Blues, even Portsmouth's got some blue in them.
