I would find it astonishing if we didn't sign a new striker, but then again, i said that in Jan, and last summer.

Once we've sold said strikers? Since until we do they don't need replacing, as such...!

Never. Panicking is something women do. :wink:

We cant do anything about it, so if we have no striker we have to support what we've got.

Though I hope Levy then gets a proper grilling at the next AGM though. as to why he has failed in his objective.

I can't understand why POTL is ademant about us not selling Lennon. Surely the fact we've been looking at players like Affelay & Mata is a clue that we might be willing to sell him, especially given that we already have Pienaar, VDV and Kranjcar that can all play tha position if required.

A new wave of sadness will sweep over me if we fail to sign a striker. I can handle keeping Defoe, but we need to upgrade Crouch. As the window has drawn on I have mentally written more lists than I can now recall, most targets have been struck off.

Regards to the crouch talk this morning some one has quotes from pavs agent saying he (crouch) is off first? Sky sports has crashed is this related?
