I will part with the money with a smile on my face. I've said all along that Adebayor would be my number one choice. I personally don't think we desperately need another striker (another would be nice, don't get me wrong) as Adebayor would be the perfect foil for VDV, and the perfect hub for our team.

Adebayor would be hell of a signing and I hope the confidence that some have shown tonght will come to fruition, would really make a massive difference to us!

Plus Im much happier to be dicussing potential striker incomings over re-enforcements at the back!

One of the main reasons i want to sign Adebayor is because i have a feeling he will score the winner in the NL derby and do the whole 'running up to the goon fans' thing again and become an instant crowd favourite. How absolutely fucked off will they be if that happened? :lol:

THIS. If he sold Modric now he would look like a complete and utter (I'm not sayng that word I got banned last time but its the rude one) He would know that the fans would never trust him again, every other club would know he was just full of it, players wouldn't trust what he said

But this is my overall annoyance with this whole ITK fascination (that I too have myself). There's no weight to it at all, yet I subconciously convince myself that these random posters do infact have these amazing sources. Time to drink.
