TBH I don't think I want to sign any English players, all overpriced and not that good, give or take 1 or 2. If we want English players in the team I'd rather we played our own youngsters.

This is actually more important than needing the striker to finish top 4 IMO. We need to be convincing these players we mean it when we say we want to challenge for the title. If we dont mean it or we can't follow through then we will be best off in the summer selling VdV, bale, Luka and sandro for 100m+ and sorting out the stadium and starting again. From now up till feb is that make or break I feel. Hopefully things go the way we hope as I really don't want to see us rebuild again.
Hasn't done that much but so nice to see a striker actually making defenders work and think

Not much we can do if the player isn't interested in moving. That said, I hope our club has done everything in their power to sign Rossi. Quality player.
