Well I'm off for a day of real sport. You can keep your football. 8 year old competitive swimming is true excitement. Actually, so much funner than I ever imagined.

So when I get back, I expect 6 outs, 3 ins, a sudden bid for Moussa Sissoko over Lass, and Harry/Levy proclaiming love for one another.

Not ITK bashing but it seems that the easy thing for ITKs to do when their info doesnt come off is blame Harry/Levy. One ITK clearly said that the deal was "done" and another said it would be announced on Tuesday and then Friday - this never happened and excuses are now being given (1 ITK mentioned Harry and Levy having issues and the others seemingly have jumped on it). This is summed up for me by the Llorente ITK where someone claimed that Harry changed his mind on it - when did Harry actually ever say he wanted Llorente? I remember him saying he wanted Adebayor and Rossi but did he ever say he wanted Llorente? No! An ITK claimed we wanted him, but as soon as it was clear it wasnt going to happen - they shift the blame to Harry.

I, like most take ITK with a pinch of salt and think POTL, BEN, Dragon1 and Peanut are genuine people who get some info - however I think there are now to many chancers who actually know very little.

Not really. I've seen more than the odd comment on here questioning whether manager or Chairman should remain. I've even seen one flatly stating that our Chairman is actually bad for the club! :duh:

He isn't perfect but we were a bloody joke before he came a long and now we are "almost" title challengers.

It may be frustrating, but whatever he does he does for the good of our club.

I was just joking because of our shared surname :wink:

He is a fan but its really an investment - the club will pay him dividends and if the club grows his shares will be worth more than he paid for them.

From the clubs pov its very useful having people like Ashcroft and Philip Green associated with both the club and the government.

I agree to a point here, but myself along with others do hear similar stuff, be it from players/agents in my part (it is my business to know) to friends of coaching staff/people at club.

I think the cryptic stuff is nonsense. I understand why but drip me out with it all. Say it as it is or has been told.

I do think that we all get told stuff and Chinese whispers play a part but it is passed on in good faith, one or two though are complete loons.

Well on update 355 you said diarra was signed and announced last tuesday, today we cant agree a fee. You explained this happened due to chinese whispers and being drip fed info.

You say that relationships will leak to the press, and management fighting will come out. Wouldn't it be wise to sort of try and hold tight incase this is more chinese whispers ? And lets be honest, the more people talk about this on a forum that the rags read, wont take long before they write about it anyway.

Our chairman is an asshole of the highest order who makes our club look like wallys.
