It's a bit strange about the German club 3 that the Journalist's keeps mentioning.. If true then the hold up may have something to do with other player transfers happening first before these can go through.. otherwise it doesn't really make sense.

Out of the 4 we started with. Its only Defoe I could see beyond the season. 1 Uber striker and 2 young ones was the model.
Probably changed now, but it still meant we were looking to fill 3 spots
