I can see Pav moving to Anzhi - wasn't he linked with them earlier this window?

It's a bit strange about the German club 3 that the Journalist's keeps mentioning.. If true then the hold up may have something to do with other player transfers happening first before these can go through.. otherwise it doesn't really make sense.

very true, if we could have got wilson out the door 2 weeks ago, maybe diarra would already have played yday! we have the same issues as others clubs, players we may have agreed in principal but need to shift players we want replacing - this 25man squad thing has thrown more delays it seems to getting things done for most clubs.

ITK discussion does not include anything in relation to how shit a finisher Pavlyuchenko is.

Leave it.

I'll back up the Pav story for ya mate. Adebayor and Diarra are both considered Spurs players in Harrys eyes.

Diarra in > Palacios out
Adebayor in > Pavlyuchenko out

Thats what I was told

Presumably to a team not in European competition or it seems a little stupid of Harry to make that substitution. Not a dig at your info by any stretch just an observation from last night, seeing as Crouch was absent.

Exactly.

Journalist you can say that your info contradicts that of other ITKs just don't say things like 'POTL is shit' or 'Archie is rubbish' or 'BEN bums badgers' whilst you're saying it.

If all ITKs got the same info it'd be boring.

Ok if you want my say on Adebayor.

IF it goes through and I am wrong, which I will hold my hands up to if wrong, I don’t believe the deal being reported is viable. Some of the other info that has been given on here about medicals, registrations etc are complete fabrication because through personal experience I know about how medicals work and what a club needs to do to hold your registration. How can a deal go through at least without the independent part of a medical?? How would the insurance on that work??

I have never said harry wouldn’t be interested in him. Like I never said he wasn’t interested in Rossi etc. or they never put a bid in. the only player I have said categorically that were not interested in was Vucinic and how did that turn out? and i’m not saying that they aren’t talking to man city or adebayor. BUT no one believes the deal will go through. Harry doesn’t, Adebayor still thinks Madrid will come in for him, from other RUMOURS i’ve heard, i’ve got a feeling a bid from Italy might be in soon. And can you tell me that if another European Club in say Italy came in Man City wouldn’t try to push him there instead; no matter how far along the supposeddeal is. It’s all posturing on all sides.

Take all that into consideration and IF a deal is on then there is no way it would be announced today, tomorrow or in the next few days. At best it would be a deadline deal for man city just in case something came in. What have they got to lose?

Now i know i mixing opinion and fact but we haven’t got long now to see who is right.

Cheers for sharing, but in this instance I imagine that you might be proved incorrect. I know every bit of ITK has to be taken with a pinch of salt (I hate that cliche), but from experience, when Valenciayid, POTL, Roger Morgan etc all say a deal is done (or words to that effect) the deal usually materialises

Appreciate the info Journo.
However, unless Jamie Redknapp posts on here, Ryan is probably the closest to HR [through his source] and if H sees the deal as beeing done I'd guess that he'd have a better understanding rather than gossip etc.

Anymore updates on the Farfan interest you originally mentioned?

Selling Pav and keeping Crouch makes a lot of sense. What ever people think of Crouch, personally I have no major problem, he's an ackward bugger and a good option to bring on.

No news really up here about Adebayor. Most still doubt it. Time for some gloating on Monday if it comes off.

City aren't finished after trying for Nasri either.

I'm sticking my neck out and gonna say that Adebayor won't sign. POTL will be wrong.

Until Peanut says it's done and dusted I'll believe it. Afaik, he's yet to make a comment on the matter.

New process?

Rather then speculate when deals are going to be completed people should just keep eyes open when people go into Holly House and Chigwell. Also look for shirt sales in Spurs shop !

Thanks for sharing Journo.

What I would say is that its a lot more than posturing. All our respected ITK (Val adding serious weight given his style), including Ryan on this site who's source is close to Harry, are saying otherwise. I also note that you only get a bit of info regarding Spurs, so perhaps this is a lot more opinion based on your part than any concrete information?

In my experience, invariably, there is no smoke without fire. This has been brewing heavily for the last week and I see it as more or less inevitabile. Had Madrid been seriously interested I think they would of made there move by now and I actually think Adebayor wants to come - he said as much in January...and with his mate Diarra?

As you say time will tell.
