Not really mate...saying how Levy is trying to sort Diarra's wage demands - thats positive, and Harry basically saying (Ade) 'thats why he's coming to Spurs', he's taking a cut etc...
New quotes there, all very positive.

For last three days we have been told announcement coming then, ot tomorrow, or during game or whenever. My money is on no announcment at all he's just going to turn up in the team in two weeks unannounced!

Looks like ARSEnal securing CL place will scupper some of our deals, maybe Lassa:-( I guess without CL, without Stadium to pay wages, we just are unable to compete. Oh well lets hope we can get a few descent cast offs that nobody else thinks will come good - I think the best we can hope for is Ada and Cole TBH.

I'm not too bothered if we don't sign him soon, after all he can't play until the week after anyway so it's pretty unimportant. Diarra would be great to have for the Man City game though.
Arsenal didn't secure CL last night, they just didn't get knocked out. It really annoys me the number of people who think that the first round isn't part of the CL. Not sure why that would make any difference to us, it's not like players are going to sign for us only if Arsenal get knocked out of the CL, if anything the opposite is true if they want to get top 4 this season.

I am sure at the very least we will bring a striker in before the window closes, something will happen....no way will Levy let the window close without us making any moves to strengthen our squad.

Dont have a go at Levy -I am pretty sure he is being wound up by wage demands etc at the last minutes by proven mercenaries who keep on moving the goal posts:bang: ! If someone who has not been given a squad number is shown the door -he is trying to get the biggest payoff he can.:hump:
