Where is that pic meant to have been taken? It's got a rather groovy looking flight-case containing a screen with two PS3 controllers on the top (or PS2, and that cable isn't as thin as it looks).

I can't think of many bars that would have a PS3 in the middle of the room, let alone ones that have the screens in what appears to be a two-player, face to face, screens inside a flight case setup...

Above them is also a projector and, judging on the direction they're looking in it's switched on, so is likely showing that game (BF?) on the wall or a big screen.

Wherever it is, it looks kind of groovy but in a poncey way.

Good attention to detail there

Its funny how at the beginning of the window and everyone had at least 2 strikers on their wish list and alot with 3 strikers whereas now we would settle just for Adebayor on loan

I'd be happy with Ade now and Leandro in the Winter. I have a huge suspicion the latter is what's been agreed with SC Inter.

It's pretty obvious that we only want him on loan for 1 season.

We can't afford his wages if we did buy him therefore if we are bringing him in as a stopgap it means we have something else in mind.
It could be that he is here as an experienced guy until someone from a different league has time to get used to this one.

Maybe we are still looking at Leandro either now or in January?

Not necessarily: no club is going to pay his wages anyway, so whether it's a loan deal or purchase, Citeh will still have to subsidise Ade's wages. I am sure Levy will have that stipulated in an eventual purchasing contract.

Its quite possible that Adebayor will be willing to drop his wage demand (to say £100k per week) but would still want to receive his entire wage for the duration of the loan period (obviously) so any hold up may have been caused by a combination of City wanting him off the books now, us wanting to either by now on a reduced wage or loan with a supplemented wage and Ade wishing to do whatever gives him the most money i.e. loan with supplemented wage now with option to take reduced wage next season rather than reduced wage now and sign permanently (a hold up was probably caused by sorting out the fine print to how much wage we pay now and how much City supplemet, what fee would be agreed for the option to buy and what sort of wage Ade would have to accept to be included in this option to buy)

Let's just hope it is all sorted before the window closes and we are ready to start actually scoring goals in games (when was the last time we scored 3-4 goals in a league game? Arsenal away?)

I would wager that whatever contract we offer there will be a clause inserted that allows us the option to buy him outright, his wage already agreed, on the condition we qualify for Champions League. That would mean that, hopefully, we'll know more about where we stand with regards to a new stadium and roughly how much we'll be able to offer wages wise - this year is a very important one for us.
