I don't get hutton, going on loan atm, as it would make more sense just making him available for free imo,

not sure it would.
We would probably have to pay up the remainder of his contract to release him. Sending him out on loan we can at least cover some of the cost of his wage.

Who on earth would pay £10million for Pav! He's nearly 30!

I will be abot 8 times happier if we sign another good striker, you just know Adebayor is going to get injured. Wheres the Journlalist to? I'd like to know if he still insisting upon KJH and Farfan cos theres still been no other mentions of them?

i agree, many have moaned about short term planning and Harry only scouting in the south of the UK, sometimes he cant win!

I would have thought we would more than cover his wages from a loan. I doubt he gets paid that much that a Premier League club would not be able to afford to pay 100 per cent of his salary. There will also no doubt be a loan fee, too.

And I believe he's in the last year of his contract. Can anybody confirm that?

The Anzi Ruskies who bought Etoo said over 6 weeks ago they wanted Pav, price at the time was 14mil but apparentky Pav doesn't want to go back to Russia, which is amazing given it is the only country where he speaks the language !

My source did say around 10mil dont forget this could be 8 mil plus add ons to make it up to 10mil?

And i forgot to mention that there is alot of concern with Hudds atm as his ankle injury is not going away and without a gd pre season he isnt up to speed on fitness and also he mite need an Op to fix his ankle.

and for the Journalist i asked my source the other day to find out is there is any info on farfan and KJH and my source was told they were not even talked about by harry and coaching staff as targets? but that was only what my source was told. not saying journalist is wrong just saying what i was told.

dont know if it was a wind up but rumours doing the rounds on another MB that twitter is alive with the sound of the above and a meeting between DL & LM.....could this tie in with what wpd659 just hinted re Gomes?

Come on this is Spurs, you know its the latter unless you consider sloppy seconds from Real Madrid at 22:59 on Wednesday to be a big signing.

Remember so far across the last 3 windows we have spent 11mil on the first team and recovered 8.5mil in sales i.e. we've spent next to nothing. Expect another last minute DL offering 30m+ for every striker in Spain, Italy and Germany to try and pacify us knowing they won't be accepted and that if they are the wages won't be acceptable to the player. It is all smoke and mirrors.
