All jj said was his boss. No mention of Lewis. Levy's boss is his wife. Harry's been poking it via a 3 way with Sandra. She wants him to stay, she wants him to staaaaay, Levy's missus, she wants him to stay....

Maybe Joe Lewis understands football and doesn't think spending money on sacking a manager who has finished 4th, 5th and 4th, in turn generating a lot of money through CL excursions etc, and with no realistic alternatives to replace him with (AVB....LOL) is the wisest business idea?

Good post agree.

Sounds like Lewis won't stump up the compensation money, mind you he has a lot in common with Harry, east end wide boy made good through wheeling and dealing whereas Levy is a posh cambridge blue so could imagine he would have a bond with Harry so could be either of those really.

I wish it was the case unfortunately its not :( They dont get on Lewis and Harry.

The plot thickens, guess it is about compensation money then.

They had no problem forking out compensation for Ramos / Jol / Hoddle etc

Plus these days you don't get compensation, you get paid by a club till you get another job or contract expires whichever is first

Surely Levy has to answer to shareholders, rather than just Joe Lewis? That tends to be how clubs (PLCs) are run? But if a Chairman wants to sack a manager, he will...

Occasionally you pop on and set everyone straight and its just a beautiful thing man...

Oh, and thanks for all the info and insight. Always appreciated. (y)

ill be honest im disappointed now, i wanted harry out this time, i cannot and will not forgive what could have been last season, it could have made us, with harry theres alwys a circus and id always side with DL, he is a spurs fan, he does everything he can within the proper means to do the best for the club and keep the club run like a well oiled ship commercially and financially, he has the best interested for the club and will do whatever he can within the means to do it.

just seems harry staying with all the unrest and now with a really soured relationship will he actually be able to do a good job? does he actually care, will he try i duno.

This is all so rediculous, we need stability right now and full support for the manager from the board so we can bring in some much needed players and keep our current players happy. At this rate we are heading for disaster and can't even complete a deal for a class player like vertonghen who is desperate to join. If harry goes will we still pursue verts? Maybe this is the real reason its not been completed. Why do our board always make things so difficult and really drag things out.

We aren't a PLC any more are we? We were delisted. ENIC owns the majority share of THFC, and Joe Lewis owns the majority of ENIC. Ergo Joe is the law.

Now can we PLEASE move on from all this manager ****y bollocks and concentrate on signing some talent please. And no, A&C...being able to juggle cricket balls with your dick does NOT classify you as the kind of talent I was thinking of.

Cheers.

Did you raise your expectations of Harry being sacked based on Adie ITK?
