Hmmm, my Mars Milkshake is telling me something....
It was worth the trek for me to buy mine, and its perfect while reading ITK...so you know...RUNMate, that looks so good... but the corner shop is nearly five whole mins away...
i watch it every week but he never plays and when he does he looks slow and very averageObviously you didnt watch any Spanish football or CL this year. Because everytime Kaka came on, he was immense!
Or Levy said sign a new contract which will enable Spurs to demand £40m+ and promise to sell hin next season if we don't qualify for CL.for bale to have signed a new 4 year deal, he must have had serious talks with levy and must know who the manager is, what their plan is, who were signing, plans for the future etc and be happy with that.
it can only mean good things to come in my view

I think Guti has hit the nail on the head!
Before Madrid he was at Madrid and before that he was still at Madrid. Inbetween had a few games for Spain. What had Guti ever done before playing for Madrid! I think it's more about what you do in the shirt than before. He is easily good enough to play for Madrid, I just wish he didn't realise that and wanted to play for us forever!
What happens every time he's sent out on loan? Struggles to get games at lower level. Don't get me wrong... He's ok! But if we're looking to build a strong squad that we can rotate and challenge for top 4, then Townsend is not good enough!
How many goals or assists has our main man had in the last few years!?Has he?
Well I would certainly say modric has been the main man for us over the last few years.
As to whether he'd break into the Madrid side - I dont know - but he certainly has the ability.
Was Alonso much better than Modric when he left Liverlol?
Maybe. But not by much.

That's what you think!? He was at the real madrid academy! (made that up but probably true)Yea but what did he do when he was 9, NOTHING!

he had 3 or 4 years left anyway on the contractOr Levy said sign a new contract which will enable Spurs to demand £40m+ and promise to sell hin next season if we don't qualify for CL.
Yes. I was trying to say, although it might not be as evident in the post as I wanted, that there was more to the wages than looking strictly at an end value. That was one I missed. But my point is that we are still being labelled as paying 91 million. I doubt we are, although we are probably still trending high to get back into the UCL. However that 91m from that 2011 data is the source number for the papers and where they are coming up with this 70k/wk number that is being used so often. They are just being overly lazy and saying 91m divided by 25 players divided by 52 weeks equals 70k/wk. The math is that straight forward.
