How about a daily update of anything interesting that springs up in the thread, maybe updated a couple of times a day? There was a brilliant bloke on here before who used to do that...think his name began with s....i'm sure he could be persuaded again...

I understand where the mods are coming from, I really do. Everybody is well aware of the quality of information that JJ is providing. Anything he says is scrutinised to the extreme, and his opinion can therefore be totally misconstrued as well.

Just on this point, are we sure that JJ hasn't been posting snippets with the club's blessing? Dragon1 and BEN have certainly been employed in this way in the past, if not by the club, by a faction within the club.

Maybe there could be a separate thread only visible to those with 1000+ posts and over ? Harsh, and I'm aware I'm not even there yet !, but it would mean that there was a streamlined, private-ish thread where JJ's info could go into, he could get a bit of chat with the regulars, and then the info could be shared to others in a different way ? Keep an eye on new members trying to up their post counts with short junk posts, and that would stop journos being able to access the thread etc.

I have had a perfectly wonderful evening, but this was not it. However, I've had a lot of great entertainment from JJ, A&C, TSH and everyone else. I'm certainly not going to hold that against anyone!

Just tried to check Rawk for any news on Sigurdsson and their page wont load its been like this for a good 20 mins? overload or maybe somebody didn't sell enough big issues to pay the bill?

Have to say, i think its a shame, other sites like COYS have people like potl who is an asset to the site. JJ posting did make things crazy but thats part of the fun. to have possibly the best placed ITK posting on this site was great for everyone who uses this site.
he didnt like using the goat as he helt he was missing out so i dont see why he would post his info to the ro? surely he will still be missing out?
and as for people getting confused or jj maybe getting into trouble or hounded, surely that is something they should just be left to get on with? if JJ wants to risk it then surely its his choice? he knows he will get hounded so surely his choice if he wants to post? and who is to say he isnt fed his info to leak to us? who knows
we all know a big part of transfer windows here is waiting for itk, wether your a sceptic or not, and JJ is the one most people wait for.

Maybe JJ should have two accounts; JJKnows & JJthinks... So when someone asks a question he can reply as an itk or just a Personal opinion.
Has JJ expressed concern at what his shared information might cause? Surely if the club read these forums then they would have killed him by now?

Roger Morgan has at SO, JTG and Pablo have at COYS, Greg Stobart is a Spurs fan so bet he has thousands, wouldnt work

I truly hope JJ continues to post in the RO, his info made this site an invaluable tool for any Tottenham supporter. Akqayid, Ryan (before Redknapp left), and JJ are the only ITKs I take serious notice of. Though I do respect and understand why A&C and Rob have come to this decision - I can't help but feel a bit gutted!!!

Balls to that... I've been on here for 8 bloody years and still nowhere near half that. How some people find the time... bloody RSI victims... I'd have to wait until 2020 at current rates!
