Popped in to check the last few pages before bed and it's manic in here, lol! It's good he can still post in the RO but it seems the poor sod might aswell put OPINION at the top of any reply he does when joining in the discussion haha. Atleast we get a new manager tomorrow and will something to discuss......

I can't believe:

1) JJ isn't to some extent authorised by the club

2) That his careful releases feeding media sources aren't far better for the reputation of the club than the lies that get made up in the absence of proper information

3) He hasn't revolutionised Spurs ITK for the better, by showing up a lot of charlatans, ego-maniacs and fantasists, and setting a new bar for top notch but measured ITK. With him Spurs ITK finally became grown up.

like i said before tho it is alot easier to scroll thru a frenzy caused by JJ then a frenzy caused by the mass bullshit ITK.

when jj posts there are questions and they normally get answered by him or someone else..... when its anything else its pages and pages of absolute fraff.

To be honest, we've no one to blame but ourselves.

Ultimately, they've done the right thing. I remember when JJ first started with the ITK posts and him saying something along the lines of how he'd rather be able to shoot the shit with the normal posters.

It used to make me cringe seeing the torrent of questions aimed at him.

In a way I'm sort of glad. Ive literally spent most of the last three days reading the ITK thread hoping for a snippet, but this has become my heroin. Nothing has measured up to the first high and now my life has become consumed with my pursuit of the next fix of ITK.

With the recent passing of Ryan and now JJ, we'll have no choice but to go cold turkey. ITK will go back to being hit and miss, and we'll go back to how we used to be rather than twisting JJ words to suit our own Football Manager dream teams. A little bit of knowledge can be a dangerous thing.

Cheers JJ. At least you got out alive!

To me the reasons listed for him not posting seems rather silly.

JJ is a grown up and should be allowed to feed us whatever he pleases seeing he is the best ITK this forum ever had. If anything should be removed from this pages, it should be the ton of silly cryptics or ITK's that never really had anything right, not the one that actually know his stuff.

I have to add, the only time this thread ever stays on topic for at least a few pages is following a JJ post

Make the rules very simple and very clear, if he posts as JJchat and he is hounded, badgered, or questioned then the poster gets a ban because JJchat must be considered to be a normal member and poster like the rest of us.

Nice idea, but wouldn't work. People would still read into his 'chat' comments. It would be impossible to separate the two.
