They've brought great players no doubt about that but I'm still not sure on Roberto di Matteo. He was sacked at West Brom for a reason. Expectations are always high at Chelski and it will be even more this season, especially if AVB is doing well here and he failing over there. The media will be all over that.

RdM is the one factor that gives me hope (I don't rate him either). On the other hand I can't see the older players rebelling against him like they did with AVB especially as he brought them the Champions League last season. I suspect RA knows he's not all that but just can't sack him yet. If they keep adding quality players to their squad (like Cavani) and then bring in a manager like Pep then I honestly think they will be ahead of Man City again. True, it will take a while for all their new signings to gel but once they do i'll be waiting for the right time to head to the bookies with a bet i'd want to lose.

Money talks. We're still fucking relatively shopping in the bargain bins.

All talk again.

I'm a big fan of Oscar, but he's not worth £25m. He has a lot of potential, but £25m is too much for someone who's only been tested in Brazil and the CL so far.

We're either going to pay big for talent and gamble or not. We haven't broke £10m in fuck knows how long and we're quibbling over millions here and there for good players.

If we don't there are plenty of clubs who will and we'll lose out...again.

Will say it again, this season is too important to fuck up. Get the signings in, if Oscar and Moutinho are too expensive move on, ditto the unrealistic targets. You get what you pay for, we can't wait for any talent to run out of contract now.

Personally don't really care about more midfield additions until Modric goes, but we need Ade and another striker wrapped up. The striker we've been looking for forever would be a start.

Higuan, Benzema, Falcao etc. Having a fucking laugh again, rumoured AVB wants the squad sorted for going away to America? I'm not overly optimistic, 1st game is in a week. Things should really be getting sorted by now.

We NEED to strengthen, usually you get what you pay for. Quality costs and we can't penny pinch our way into the CL places IMO.

10-0-0 with Hazard as an offensive centre-back.

I see Marin keeps talking up that he made the right move to Chelsea, I really can't see him getting many minutes.

Do you Chelsea actually have any strategy lol?

It seems they're just buying every young attacking talent on the market.

It's pretty obvious that they are trying to hoover up loads of small Barcelona-like talent to replenish the squad before financial fair play comes in next year, and so Pep has something to work with when he takes the reigns next summer.
